TERM: This sweepstakes will run from 10/01/2008 to 11/30/2008.
PRIZE: Twenty winners will receive prizes.
ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning will be determined by the number of entries received.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS CONTEST: You are automatically entered into the Sweepstakes when you complete and transmit the on-line entry form before 11:59 p.m. EST of the last day of the sweepstakes. Sweepstakes ends 11/30/2008. Contestants may also enter by hand printing their complete name, address, e-mail address and contest closing date on a 3' X 5' piece of paper. Mail your entry to: SOI Wines Sweepstakes, 141 West 78th St New York, NY 10024. There is no need to enter by mail if you enter on-line, as only one entry will be accepted per person. Mail entries must be postmarked by the last day of the month to be eligible for that month's contest. SOI Wines is not responsible for transmission and/or computer error or mail entries that are late, lost, misdirected or have insufficient postage. Winners will be selected by random drawing. SOI Wines reserves the right to modify scheduling of the contest without prior notice.
NOTIFICATION: The Prize winners will be notified via e-mail unless specified otherwise by contestant. The prize winners’ names will be posted on our site. Prize winners do not need to be on-line at time of notification.
REDEMPTION: SOI Wines will notify the prize winners and confirm selection of prize. Prizes will be sent via USPS to the submitted USPS address.
ELIGIBILITY: This sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years or older. Employees and their immediate family members (mother, father, sister, brother, son, daughter and spouse) of SOI Wines or AV Brands are NOT ELIGIBLE. Limited to one prize per person.
VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW: This contest is void wherever prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations.
CONDITIONS: SOI Wines and participating promotional companies are not in any way liable for damage, loss or injury resulting from computer malfunctions, misdirected or incomplete entries or acceptance and use of the prize. Winners assume liability for injuries caused or claimed to be caused by participation in this Contest, or the use or misuse of any prizes. SOI Wines reserves the right in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this sweepstakes should virus, bugs or other causes beyond the control of sponsor, corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the sweepstakes. Winners may be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and release which must be completed and returned within 21 days of notification or an alternate winner will be selected. By registering to win the prize, the winner grants SOI Wines permission for the use of his/her name and likeness for advertising and future promotion purposes without additional compensation (except where prohibited). Un-accepted prizes may not be awarded. The prizes cannot be substituted and are not transferable. No cash in lieu of a prize will be awarded. This contest is subject to these complete and official rules and by entering each participant accepts and agrees to these rules. A statement of how the odds were determined, how the winner was selected and the winners names will be made available upon request.
